Point Com, Vizik and MTS launch LBS Compass in Ukraine

In early February 2009 Point Com, Vizik and MTS have successfully launched the first LBS service for MTS Ukraine subscribers called Compass.
Compass service allows finding the location of the nearest places of interest (cinemas, clubs, restaurants, gas stations, banks, ATMs) on the map quite quickly. It also provides information about the nearest places, such as address, telephone, and allows to detect one's own location in correspondence with other objects on the WAP-map.
The service is available now in 25 cities of Ukraine.
