WINGS BlueCell Bluetooth marketing units to be installed in EniseyTelecom customer care centers
Wings has signed a contract with EniseyTelecom, the largest mobile network operator in Krasnoyarsk region, Taimyrskij autonomous district and Khakassia, to deliver Bluetooth-marketing devices WINGS BlueCell.
Bluetooth units will be installed in EniseyTelecom customer service and sales centers. These units (WINGS calls them «kiosks») allow customers to download a Java application called Subscriber Book, a mobile version of operator website, that includes description of EniseyTelecom offers and services, services user guide, contact information, etc. The application allows to directly sign in/off from the service, request bill status, send a message to email address, etc. The app is updated via GPRS.
WINGS BlueCell kiosks, installed in EniseyTelecom customer service and sales centers, will be connected through a common network managed by the central server. Kiosks automatically define the handset and offer the required version of Java application. The central server stores the history of kiosks' operations – each kiosk has its unique number. This statistics also allows tracking how often customer service and sales centers are visited.
In the future EniseyTelecom Bluetooth network can be used for operator advertising campaigns, for example, promotion of new tariff plans and handsets.
