i-Free has become partner of the Russian Automotive Partnership (RAP). i-Free will support an SMS-based information service for RAP clients.

The newest mobile marketing partner for i-Free is the Russian Automotive Partnership (RAP), the first nationwide support network for motorists, covering 17 major cities in Russia. RAP provides technical, informational and legal "first aid" services for motorists, e.g. technical assistance, car towage, average adjusting, guidance, legal counseling, and others.

i-Free will set up an SMS information service for RAP card holders, offering easier access to vital information and updates, while taking some of the burden off of the company's call centers.

"Mobile communication is part of everyday life for us and our clients," said Dmitry Blekher, head of the IT department at RAP. "We believe our clients will appreciate this new service we have brought to them in partnership with an eminent content provider, i-FreeВ».

The RAP SMS Information service will inform its clients promptly of new deals offered by the Partnership or any of its partners among insurers, lease brokers, petrol retailers, banks, retail chains, and others.

The service goes live automatically when a RAP card is activated, and works everywhere in Russia, as long as the client's cellular network is available.

"Our products and services improve consumer communications in all parts of business," said Renata Adler, who oversees M-CRM business at i-FreРµ. "RAP clients stand to profit immensely from this new SMS information service."
